Women Having Conversation Podcast

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Women Having Conversations Launches a Podcast Where Experience, Wellness, and Joy Take Center Stage

Bold voices. Big laughs. Bigger truths.

Washington, DC — Women Having Conversations, a new podcast hosted by Earcine Evans, Karen Howard, and Kukuwa Kyereboah, invites listeners into thoughtful, unscripted conversations about health, culture, aging, ancestry, food, movement, and what it truly means to live well.

Created for women who value depth over trends and experience over hype, Women Having Conversations brings together three women with distinct backgrounds and shared curiosity. The result is a podcast that feels intimate, honest, and refreshingly real—where laughter and insight coexist, and no topic is off-limits.

“This podcast isn’t about telling people what to think or how to live,” said Karen Howard, CEO of the Organic & Natural Health Association and author of Upset Is Optional. “It’s about asking better questions, sharing what we’ve learned, and having the kind of conversations many women are already having privately—but bringing them into the open.”

Each episode explores themes that matter deeply to modern women: how food and skincare impact long-term health, how movement and joy support vitality, how ancestry and land shape identity, and how aging can be approached with intention rather than fear.

Earcine Evans, a regenerative farmer, herbalist, and founder of Francis Flowers & Herbs Farm, brings ancestral wisdom and lived experience rooted in the land. “Everything is connected,” Evans said. “Soil health, plant health, human health—it’s all one conversation. This podcast gives us space to talk about that honestly.”

Kukuwa Kyereboah, founder of Kukuwa® Fitness and Africa With Us, adds a global and cultural lens shaped by decades of travel, teaching, and movement. “Joy is not accidental,” Kyereboah said. “It’s something we practice. This podcast is an invitation to remember that.”

Unlike highly produced or scripted shows, Women Having Conversations is intentionally conversational. Episodes feel like sitting at the table with friends who are smart, funny, reflective, and unafraid to speak their truth.

The podcast is available on major streaming platforms, with full episode summaries and show notes available at www.womenhavingconversations.com.
